Omakase at home

Omakase at Home with Chef Michael Collantes is a new private dining offering from the team behind one Michelin star Soseki in Winter Park, Florida. Our passionate team is excited to deliver the luxuries of sushi omakase in the comfort and privacy of your own home or venue. Chef Collantes and his team will serve and interact with you and your guests as you enjoy our premium sushi tasting experience. We have packages available for group bookings or more intimate occasions; our team is also happy to work with you on creating a customized experience. 

Group Package

  • $250/person (minimum party of 8), plus travel fee (pricing below), tax + 20% service charge

    • 12-course sushi omakase, including dessert course.

Romantic Package:

  • $1,500, plus travel fee, tax + 20% service charge

    • Floral arrangement

    • Sake pairings for 2

Supplemental add-ons:

    • 2oz seared Wagyu $50

    • 1oz Caviar tin (+$175/person)

    • Caviar added to 3 courses: $90

Sake At Home Pairing: $80

Enhance your ‘at home’ experience with our flight of sake, curated by our very own, Michelin awarded, Sommelier of the year, Benjamin Coutts. Enjoy three pours of seasonal sakes presented throughout your dining experience.  Our new and exciting sake discoveries are some of the first to be available in Florida.

What areas are you currently serving and what is the travel fee? We are able to accept bookings within the Orlando city limits (+$200) and Miami (+$500).

How long are bookings? Omakase at Home with Chef Michael Collantes is a 1-2 hour experience, depending on party size. We will also need 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to breakdown and clean.

Do you provide all servingware/utensils/equipment? Yes.

What allergies and dietary restrictions are you able to accommodate? Dairy-free, gluten and shellfish allergies.

Do you handle clean-up? Yes.
