PROFILE

Michael has over 20+ years in the hospitality industry starting in his home town of Winter Park Fl. As a young cook looking to work for some of the best chefs from Wolfgang Puck, Joel Robuchon, Eric Ripert, Masa Takayama and Jennifer Carroll, he found comfort in the kitchen. Michael has worked in leadership roles for amazing brands like Levy Restaruants, MGM Grand, Ritz Carlton, Aria Casino and Culinary Director for a multi unit/ concept brand.
Now, Michael owns and operates a handful of restaurants in based in Orlando, FL looking to build better culture, create new opportunity and offer unique experiences. Michael consults on various hospitality projects from culinary to operations.
Starting with Taglish Filipino American Fare concept in a Korean supermarket opening right before Covid-19, to Perla' s pizza and the newest addition a 10 seat fine dining operation Soseki. He looks forward to grow the restaurant group with our marketing and media firm 86Media.
