    Soseki Modern Omakase in Winter Park, FL offers an intimate 10-seat multi-course dining experience that redefines omakase with a modern approach.     Bar Kada

    Located through the shared lobby of Soseki Modern Omakase, Bar Kada is a sake bar offering an educational experience for both seasoned connoisseurs and the curious. With a beverage program curated by 2023 Michelin Sommelier Benjamin Coutts, Bar Kada features monthly sake classes, shareable small plates, and an ever-evolving tasting menu.

    Sushi Saint, Orlando's first temaki bar, opened in November 2023 and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand the following April.
